Contacted James to quote to renew the roof and trusses on Mums bungalow. Just seven weeks later the job is done on time and at the quoted price. Whilst the speed of the job was impressive their helpfulness and attitude was even better. When visiting the property to check the finished roof we discovered a leak from frozen pipes in the loft. James immediately offered to arrange for a plumber to attend and even agreed to attend himself to make sure the job was done as quickly and and cheaply as possible. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you need a roof job done, make sure you get a quote from them and even if its not the cheapest I would still recommend you use them. From the first day these guys arrived they were friendly , professional and considering the amount of work we needed they made it feel relaxing and took the stress away from us. They kept everywhere as tidy as they could and when they left it was tidier than when they arrived! I would highly recommend these guys and would not hesitate in singing their praises. From start to finish, Nathan and James kept us informed throughout the project and were very patient with our questions. Their quotation for the rethatch was competitive and the work has been done efficiently, professionally, on schedule and with great attention to the detail and final finish. Even the clearing up was done well as the team are always mindful of their clients' wishes. And they are a great team! After five weeks of their presence, the cat is at a loose end and we miss the chat on their well-earned tea-breaks! The house looks fantastic - many thanks to Nathan, James, Matt and Connor.
