        After an unreasonably long wait for NHS physiotherapy Unit (referred August...still no appointment)!! GP referred me direct to MSK and GP's Receptionist made me an appointment with the Practice's own Physiotherapist (I believe this is a new service). I saw Mr Tighearnach O'Murchu very quickly, he was supportive, knowledgeable and gave sensible, practical advice. The Physio in house is a brilliant idea when waiting times for hospital physio so excessive.

        The female who was at the receprion desk this morning was short/sharp on the verge of rudeness.This happened to my wife and daughter on separate occasions.
