        We had our roof re-felted by J Marks, we have a problem with water leaking around the chimney, we have identified there is a possible problem with the lead flashing. We have sent photographic evidence of the problem, written, emailed & left messages on both the landline & mobile phones. After several weeks we have had no reply from the company. We would not recommend this company, there is no aftercare service, a total lack of commitment to work with us to correct a problem. Jen, Weymouth Service: Roof repair
