        We aim to move from Yorkshire to Weymouth, a first move in 35 years. We contacted several Agents and researched Rightmove and others with details of our needs and wants. We were ignored by some Agents, offered over-priced by others, advised toward dubious decisions by at leased two others. Our first meeting with your Joe Adams is lost in the fog of roofs and walls. Nevertheless we were impressed by his direct knowledge of the products he was vending, and his acceptance of problems as we saw them (infirmities' of old age). We talked a lot about Overcombe Drive, but the many staircases were a literal stumbling block for my wife. A wonderful house, beautifully presented by Joe and affordable, but no. Joe courted us in a businesslike manner with a slice of friendship. He didn't display disappointment at losing the sale, it was not his fault, only our needs.....(We think he ought to have a better car though) Mike and Bea Clements 170, LS25 1NG
