Our house sale was maybe not the most straightforward but the professionalism and diligence of everyone who supported our sales process was outstanding. Wonderfully helpful and friendly. Most importantly when we had issues with our move Emma was on hand to move things along, even when it wasnt her responsibility to do so. Barry was a fantastic and reassuring first contact with the business and both valuations we had from him were pretty much spot on. Ryan, Aidan and Ricky were always on hand and happy to provide updates, knowing all the details of our case off hand. If we were to move again we would use Direct Moves without a second thought.
