They were very thorough in their information but also efficient in their process and extremely helpful at any times where we had queries, which avoided any potential bumps or delays that may have occurred. Hayley organised flat near work at last minute, came in to drop off keys at work because of my hours. Kept me informed, so so helpful. Had a welcome box, money off coupons, coffee, nice chocolate.
