Excellent after sales and customer services departments. Very quick, efficient and friendly when sorting out our problem and sent a replacement stethoscope within days which was covered by the superb warranty provided free of charge with purchases.

Dreadful customer service. Turned their phones off because they are "busy", emails bounce back, and they mostly ignore you on live chat - when they do reply, they don't address the issue at hand. I would give 0 stars if possible for their customer service. 2 stars for actually getting the order to me, which I refused anyway due to anxiety about their service.

Ordered a 80 stethoscope on the 7th December(meant to be delivered within 5 days) chased on the 15th, received a reply on the 19th, was told delays with courier. no offer of a date of when it will be delivered. It is now 3rd January and the item has been returned from the courier to medisave, they wont give me a refund because it is engraved and will send out basically in their own time. They have never chased the courier or sort tracking information or even offered a potentially date of delivery! I may even get my order one day!

Customer Service non existent. Ordered a stethascope with engraving. The engraving is not acceptable so contacted customer service to be told they will not accept a refund as I requested that style of engraving!. The engraving is hardly visible and not of acceptable quality and as such I would not be happy giving this as a gift. So I am now out of pocket with a stethascope I cannot gift or indeed sell? Will not be ordering or recommending anyone use this company. Seems they are reluctant to accept any returns from previous reviews? I have not even had any response to my last email to say how disgusted I am and that they have no regard for their customers at all. Disgusting! Steer clear unless you are happy to accept your product being ruined by severely poor quality engraving which apparently is the customers fault for ordering????? NOTE IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENTS: With regards to your response, yes, I did say it was duplicated however I ALSO said that if the engraving was not inferior and of a quality I could give as a gift then I would have given both as a present. So, you are not able to refund the product for the awful engraving however you are happy to offer me FREE engraving and 5% discount, which to me shows you are admitting liability for the poor quality engraving or you would not have offered this? Needless to say no, I did not accept as I cannot use the product and the fact that you air your complaint findings in a defamatory manner via a response to my Google review instead of emailing me your findings first, just shows what an untrustworthy company Medisave is and what backhanded tactics you will go to to try and salvage both money and your reputation through a bad review. Unfortunately you need to obtain a good reputation by looking after your customers.
