Kevin came out to me when I was locked out of my house due to a faulty locking mechanism. It was after hours, about 7pm and I needed to get back in as soon as possible. He responded immediately and worked hard to gain access into what is a very secure house! Once in, he identified the issue, made a temporary fix as it required a specialist new part which he placed an order for. A couple of days later when the part arrived, he attended again at no additional cost and got the door working perfectly again. Great guy, friendly, efficient and professional service. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Donaldson's. I went for a run and my key broke. I had no warm clothing or credit card/money etc on me. I initially called Keytec who assured me that it would be no more than a 60 minute wait (they said they hoped it would be 30 minutes). After 75 minutes with no follow up I called back. The guy on the phone was kind enough but didn't know where the locksmith was. He called me back after contacting the guy and told me it would be an additional 40 minute wait. I was so upset because if I had known I would have called someone else...I was absolutely freezing and it was getting close to school pickup. I ended up called Kevin who got on the road immediately and got to me in 25 minutes (the time he said it would take). He was kind, professional and did not charge me a ridiculous amount of money. He had me inside my house in 10 minutes. PLEASE do not bother with call center locksmiths like Keytec. Donaldson's is reliable and I would use them again!
