        Awful service. Unprofessional. Do not respond if you represent yourself. If you want a divorce and you have to wait up to a year, then go elsewhere.

        Alarming lack of governance. I had to wait 3 days to collect my late mother's will, to then be told they didn't hold it. I then had to do my own further investigations so I could TELL THEM which one of THEIR SOLICITORS compiled the will. They then unsurprisingly discovered that they did indeed hold her will. When I collected it they took copies of my ID, and then asked me to sign a release paper with my mother's surname on and not mine. Worrying.
