        The machine wasn't working. I read the screen and it was plain to see that it needed turning off then on again so it could reboot. I spoke with B&Q staff and they were not interested at all ' we have phoned the company and are waiting for a man to come out. we have been waiting weeks'. Seriously! A non working machine in a place where no one cares about it, from a company that doesn't maintain their own machines! My Key Machine website said the machine was working! Just a ploy to get people into B&Q
