Total waste of space. Jurassic Fibre Broadband have been waiting 10 weeks for a reply from this bunch of clowns to drill an hole to install broadband for us,

Obviously because as Aster said,I am not a customer my views along with my neighbours don't count about their residents anti social behaviour. I suppose it cuts their work load right down.

Not even deserve a star... My repair job was messed up for the 36th time. Fixing my daughter's bedroom as it's so cold. Broken window and radiator. After failing to show up to replace the radiator. They said they would return to replace it....3 days later I get a call for social services saying those say men said they left because I was intoxicated around my daughter. I'm t total since my mate died Drinking 4 years 7 months.. And the worst part.. my daughter was at school when they made this report. So they lied to cover negligence as an Landlord. I stronger suggest you apply for another housing agency. Like these people are evil. I'm a good hard working made and getting accused of abuse for apologizing for the smell of next doors pet's. Dirty dirty people they stuck us in..our flat is in disrepair and Instead of take responsibility they tried to make me out to be a villain. I have the full evidence to proof their lying. I even get blood tests once a month so proof I don't take anything but my meds for my seizures. Which some times effects my motor skills. But I shouldnt be punished for being sick
