        Our room was depressingly dingy with worn out furniture and a filthy, draughty window & screw holes in the walls. However the bed was comfortable with clean bedding. The walk in shower had a plastic curtain on two sides, which made showering difficult without causing a flood. The public rooms were bright & clean. The food was o k but poorly presented & served. The cups, cutlery & glassware were not always clean & had to be exchanged. Meal times were rigid, which led to long waits as 3 coach loads needed serving at the same time. We will not be returning.
