        Just coming to the end of a 4 night stay with a coach holiday as a party of 4. Can't say how much we have all enjoyed it. This hotel is run with the most proficient friendly staff. Nothing is to much trouble. The food is second to none, always hot and plentiful. The only reason I've knocked a star off for the room was that our view was a brick wall, but spotlessly clean and comfortable... we would recommend this hotel and in fact if you are coming to this resort you need look no further than the Norfolk... just book it! Thanks sue and your lovely staff for a memorable stay. Food & drinks: Food homely and always served with a smile. No complaints from us... beautiful

        Clean and food good service very slow, not disabled friendly were like sardines in a tin in restaurant and entertainment room, will not be going there again Noteworthy details: Not Disabled Friendly. Sorry.
