update the room has bevalued my house as it is not thurmaliy insulated and it is unliverble they dont even care there is no if you sleep in the bedroom you would get hyperthurmia as the average temp in there is 14-16c they don a disabled facility grant work build a carer bedroon on side of house size 2.5x3mtr brick with apex tilled roof weather was good but took far to long the average bricks layed per day was about 30 staff were polite most of work was bone by them because it was a very small project window was not fitted correctly or even bolted, the floor is uneven to the point you feal like you are walking drunk, skirting no attempt to even match excisting, plaster work is not even flat, as for painter that was shocking no miscoat woodwork not even prepet about 1-2 weeks paint flaking off every were no wonder because a bear plasterd room cannot be fully painted i 1 day had to be repainted 3 times i am a professional painter and decorator wish i done it my self pluse the company charged twise the average build cost for my area may be because it was a dfg council work in my case this company is just average not very skilled, expencive there is mutch better out there

Phoned at 7.10am and they were on site within minutes. Very impressed with the service - good communication at every step and with the help of the electricity board sorted what was the problem and rectified it within 24 hours.
