We had perfect service from Dorset Cottage Holidays, they kept us updated frequently and offered us a linen change mid holiday. The girls were always polite and helpful. This is the second occasion we have used DCH and will be happy to use them again.

Our original booking had to be changed, due to difficulties regarding our chosen property. This was handled in an efficient and friendly way and we find ourselves glad that Rosemount became our destination. The necessary sofa bed and travel cot were provided, as promised. It was so refreshing to be dealing with 'real' and personable people throughout the booking, provision of alternative properties, refund of price difference and practical arrangements. Thank you.
