I've been coming to this gym since Nov 2018 so I thought it was time to write a second review, I wrote my first review several months after starting. Well what can I say, I'm still here some 4 1/2 years later and I am mentally and physically stronger than I have ever been in my life Considering I'm going through the menopause. This gym is very inclusive to all ages and abilities so I never feel like a duck out of water..... I absolutely love it! There is so much gym equipment available in the main gym aswell as various classes throughout the day and into the evening so there is something for everyone , the changing room facilities including the showers, lockers and hairdryers are modern and kept to a supberb standard by the Zone team who are friendly and always at hand to offer support and advice about the gym equipment, personal training and classes. Thank you so much for your encouragement and support over the years, I'm a very satisfied customer.
