        Very warm welcome from Owners, Julie and Ray. Room was spotlessly clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Facilities - Kettle and Tea Tray provided + small Fridge complete with complimentary Milk, Filtered Water, and Choc biscuits - most useful. Flat screen TV. Wi-Fi in Room. En-suite Shower/Loo with Toiletries, and plenty of fluffy Towels (in several sizes). Breakfast available if required. Beach just across the road, or a short walk to Town Centre. The best B&B we have ever stayed at. Would fully recommend to all ages.

        The owners were lovely and very welcoming. The room was clean with great facilities. Very cosy blankets, comfortable bed and pillows. The towels were fluffy and absolutely loved the little coffee machine (a very nice touch). The colour scheme throughout was really nice. Lovely building with character. We would stay again and its well worth the reasonable price. We highly recommend staying here. The water pressure in the shower was a little low but it wasnt a major issue, it is an old building after all.
