The service was lovely, the room was spacious, very clean with lots of storage and the beds were very comfortable. We had a small kitchen which was super convenient with a little one. They even left some milk, coffee and cereals for us to be able to have a nice breakfast in the morning. We also had an amazing view from our room. The owner was lovely and even gave us some recommendations for ice cream places and activities to do around Weymouth. The location was ideal and we could park right outside. Everything was within a 10-15 min walk. We had a fantastic holiday, whenever we come back to Weymouth we will stay here again.

Myself, my 2 and 7 year olds and Gran had a stay in the ground floor family room for 3 nights and we were very impressed. 2 single beds, 1 double bed, table and chairs, en-suite, small 'kitchen' area all fit in lovely with space to move around happily! Very clean and tidy, nothing you wouldn't need for a few nights away. Even a bed guard which was perfect for my 2 year old. Coffee and teas provided as well as a couple of boxes of cereal, and some milk and jams which considering self catering was a lovely touch. Lovely living room, with a few toys and a few beach items which Sue let guests borrow which was lovely. Had our towels changed which was lovely. Shower cap, slip mat, air dryer, iron and ironing board all provided too. Oh and the blinds and curtains were black out blinds, which is brilliant with two children. Need Sue's attention so rang the door bell and she was there in a flash. Secured nicely with a code to the door. 4 spaces to park in front of guest house. Quite a busy road so a little worrisome to reverse onto, but of course not fault of owner. Would definitely recommend.
