        Richard does a great job. Turnaround was far quicker than expected and he made some practical suggestions when it came to repair and service. Turntable now working like new. Great comms and will definitely use again (the other turntable i have is now shown up by the condition of this one!)

        Fantastic service from start to finish. Richard is knowledgeable, helpful, gives great advice from parts to couriering, and does an excellent job. My Mk5 1210s haven't been serviced since purchase 20+ years ago, but thanks to Richard they now sound completely amazing and work better than I can ever remember. Highly recommended.
