        Cannot give no stars but would if it were possible. My mother simply cannot get her prescription which is supposed to be on repeat. Despite calls in and assistance from 3rd parties such as hospital clinics and auxiliary service providers, nothing.

        Don't know why there are such things as Doctor's Surgery's now. No-one answers the phone anymore and they don't really want to book appointments or anything. Have to do e-consults which last time I did took 3 attempts before I had a response. Good job it turned out to be something not harmful otherwise I could be dead now! I will be moving in the new year so will be changing surgeries too. I like many others have paid for this service yet getting none. Trying to book a booster jab and even that doesn't seem important to anyone.
