The doctors and nurses are nice. But I always feel anxious and don't feel I can call up with Amy enquiries or health related issues as the receptionists are very rude and blunt. They are not warm or attentive at all

Doctors and nurses are great, that's if u can get appointment, from the rude and nasty receptionist that u have to go through to see them. They ask for kindness and respect, when on the phone to them. But u get none back from them I don't like calling them or been a pain, but we have to when needs must.

Very rude reception called Ann who hangs up on you when you tell them what you think of the service. Drs that tell you to Google your symptoms or say what do you want me to do when you are seeking medical help. When you read the terms on their website stating they are all for the patients well doesnt seem so in this case now does it. By far the worst medical service in Weymouth
