Argos Weymouth in Sainsbury's

When you buy an item at 28 at sainsburys argos and find in the same store for 15 on the sainsburys shelf on the same day and then realise that online the same item is 30 and saisburys reply. This adds value to are customers. And I should of gone in store and looked then looked online at saisburys argos and then saisburys website. I should of just got it from Amazon.

I have just been served by the manager (Jay) at Argos in Sainsburys. Very pleasant, helpful & managed to you use my love 2 shop vouchers which was bonus.. very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Absolutely poor service, wait at the collection point as they were serving only customer in front of me already, stood there for 5mins and get totally ignored and then the woman serving goes and starts serving any other customers that came up and still stood waiting, issue wil be raised with eBay, and staff are absolutely ignorant

Appalling service from Adam the Manager this afternoon. Purchased a HP OfficeJet 8014e Printer days ago as a backup for our busy Christmas orders, it was not fit for purpose, the ink ran out immediately. Adam would not honour the return policy, despite the item being repackages and in its original condition. Avoid busying from Argos - despite how desperate you might be for an item... Adam told me to call HP, the number just initiate a text message to call me back but the weblink was broken, so information provided was no good. Further more when I got home with the printer to photograph and resell it on Facebook I realised the the power cable was missing! Its probably not been replaced when Argos opened it up to check.
