Returning client but unfortunately didn't find the same level of service we had previously encountered across the company. It felt as if we were fitting with their timelines and expectations rather than what we as a client asked for. Mistakes were made, and my elderly mother was asked to pay for unnecessary costs. Unprofessional responses from some staff whilst others were professional.
