        Just went to go to my local shop at 9pm and its closed considering they dont close till 10, member of staffed were in the shop but the doors were locked upsetting because they are the only place that sell what I needed so bit of an inconvenience no one came to the door to explain so yeah management there need to sort it out

        I dropped off a couple parcels off in the morning and the member of staff was lovely however I also dropped Hermes parcels off in the evening the same day, this time it was a different member of staff (the parcels were quite large BUT followed Hermes guidelines) the staff member made it a big deal about me dropping the parcels off there in front of every other customer in there I do not need to feel embarrassed about using a service that YOU provide If you cant handle the service dont provide it!!
