Very expensive. Even more irritating they've not only converted self service tills to card only but put facial recognition cameras on them as well. I won't be using any of the self service tills in future.

Very poor experience myself today. Miserable unhappy staff, at Checkout and kiosk. I went to kiosk to purchase tobacco, kiosk lady did not even look at me, as she was so engrossed in conversation with her young colleague. I then went to the check out, to not be greeted by a "hi,you ok" like i have experienced previously. But to a tut and shrug of shoulders when I paid, my total was 17.41, I paid cash with an extra penny to assist the miserable check out employee, to which I recieved another tut. I appreciate that we all have off days. Definitely not coming back here

Use to be well organised before it was refurbished but certainly not as good now and getting too dear so shopping at M&S now

Only one person on tills and massive queue because of it. self service tills were empty. Would have used them except there's no bags which defeats the point. Entertaining features were the door alarms going off due to someone walking out with wine and someone else waving goodbye at all the self service cameras. No I don't own a club card and don't intend on getting one. Snagged a photo. Bet they haven't noticed it yet.
