Robyn has been my assessor of choice over the last few years, providing SAP assements for new build dwellings and domestic extensions (where the level of glazing has been exceeded). She is a pleasure to work and turns work around quickly. Unlike larger companies providing similar services, you work with Robyn (the assessor), not a 'client manager'. It is worth working with Robyn at an early stage to assess the levels of insulation and renewables (if nec.) to avoid over specification...or the risk of under specifying.
