I have been really ill, tried ringing 3 days in a row they don't answer just play the stupid music, which I have grown to hate so much. I rang 111 and they told me they would fax a letter to them saying what was wrong with me and they needed to get a doctor to ring me within 6 hours. They have 3 hours left. They just don't care people are suffering

It`s only a matter of time before the system this surgery currently as is place kills somebody, they probably already have done. Dangerous triage by completely the wrong people

You can never get through on hold for 25 mins to then eventually be told your daughter will be on a list, then eventually a call for an appointment for the evening. I went to a&e doctors in and out in 10 mins so I tried to call the practise to cancel appointment so someone else can take that slot but to a suprise you can't get through so sorry to patients that need to see someone but if they answered they could of made you an appointment
