Fantastic gym, trainer and lessons! My family visit this gym every time we visit weymouth from London, we have been booking PT family session with Martin which are one hour long. Within this lesson, Martin always tailors the session to what we would like to do as a family, he always structures the lesson to suit the whole family. A balance of training, boxing and key skills. We look forward to these sessions every time we come to weymouth and would recommend to anyone interested in starting boxing or already a boxer. The gym is well resourced, clean and spacious for where its based. Martin, is a knowledgeable trainer, very patient and keen to teach. Exercises are fantastic and you can definitely feel you have been working out the next day! Thank you Martin and The Grey Rank boxing team, cant wait to visit in May

What an amazing gym and coach. I'm down in Weymouth on holiday and came to this gym for a workout to keep me fresh in training for a fight in May and got to say it was like a home from home in the training which was excellent.being an older gentleman alot of boxing gyms just disregard you but here everyone is welcome to train regardless of age, physical capabilities or anything else you can think of.if your here in little sea haven caravan park it's just around the corner so while away you can still get a bit of quality training and I would certainly recommend this gym. Martin is a great guy to talk to and will put any reservations you have to bed.On another note he is an England boxing trainer for the young amateurs so if your kids are looking for a boxing gym this is the 1 I would recommend for the Dorset area.

Had a fantastic couple of pt boxing sessions with the very knowledgeable Martin. I was looking for a decent boxing gym whilst visiting family in the area, this is a clean, well equipped facility with competent staff. Non threatening/ intimidating atmosphere and was made to feel welcome from the outset. Very much looking forward to coming again, perfect for escaping the in-laws.

Just less than a year ago I joined Grey Ranks Boxing when I moved from Basingstoke to Weymouth. The coaches are brilliant, friendly and hard working. The boxing talent in the gym is of a high standard for those looking to compete. I would highly recommend the gym. Come and give it a go. Martin also offers 1-to-1 training as well as a variety of classes.
