Went for a basic service and it cost me 220 lol. So basically I wanted the bar tape doing. After one ride both end caps have fallen off and who ever wrapped it has issues as the hoods are half exposed. Apparently I needed a new rear cassette which is fine but I asked for a replacement. The bike has a campagnolo group set and I was assured that it would be swapped for a new one. The one fitted is either microshift or low end Shimano so obviously the gears dont work properly now - constantly grinding and huge gaps between them (as it was a cheap cassette). Apparently they replaced the bottom bracket too but who knows if they actually did or not after all this. I get times are tough so they are obviously looking to rise people at every opportunity but I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs if you have a nice bike. Im sure they could manage a simple service on a cheap bike - so great if thats what youre looking for! Owh and dont expect them to call once your bike is done - you have to pester them

I had a few teething issues with my new ebike that I had bought elsewhere. Took it down to Sven cycles and they looked at it straight away, gave me some good advice, made a few tweeks, I left feeingl more confident. Thank you

Fabulous place and wonderful staff who make great bikes. I needed a new bolt for my seat post and they kindly sent me one free of charge. Highly recommended.
