I can honestly say, the location is perfect if you want shops and a beach within walking distance. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The food was also good supplying you with a full English breakfast with tea, coffee and toast. Free parking which is always a plus when you goto the beach. I only gave 3 stars because of a few things. The bath/shower towels was only big enough for kids but they do the job. Adult size towels are definitely something you will need to bring with you if you're staying here. Plug sockets were a bit of an issue as they weren't really within reaching distance i.e. I had to get under the master bed to find a hidden extension lead just to charge my phone at night. The WiFi was very weird, it only worked at night at certain times. Maybe it was just our room idk.
