Came here for eyelash extensions as a special treat for wedding and birthday and was unfortunately given the complete opposite. I had minimal to no consultation and was simply only asked classic or volume which for a new client, is very poor. I showed photos of what I was wanting and asked for that/ similar. After 3 hours I was shown my eyelashes and instantly did not like them. They were too short, super thick and just nothing like Id requested. I had to leave for another apt but contacted the salon straight away in regards to not liking them and was told theyd fix them which lead to a partial removal. This did help with the appearance and I was happier with them but I was then left with white substance (glue?) on them that would simply not come off. I had no choice but to attend the wedding the next day with them covered in this glue substance and felt incredibly self conscious and embarrassed. They then started to fall out when brushing them and I was left with huge gaps which for a new set less than a week old is disgusting. Nightmare experience from start to finish and was refused any kind of refund- sadly I will not be returning nor recommending.

Love this place! The ladies are all so lovely and put every effort into ensuring every visit is an enjoyable one.
