        Been with Lloyds all my life and never had any issues. Always friendly staff and they seem to have enough inside that you dont have to wait in a queue for too long.

        Best service experience I have seen post lockdown from any hightsreet shop. A member of staff triaging customers out the front which was slick and worked very well. I had spoken to the bank before hand and everything was there waiting for me to collect. Great work Lloyds
