        HAVING BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, FOR SOME MAINTENANCE WORK, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL A FEW DAYS LATER CANCELLING IT, WITHOUT EITHER EXPLANATION OR OFFER TO RE-BOOK, IT'S NOT EASY TO SAY ANYTHING POSITIVE ABOUT THIS, OTHER THAN AT LEAST HALFORDS EMAILED TO SAY IT WAS CANCELLED RATHER THAN ME TURN UP!

        Really good service from Jack in the Bike department. He replaced a flat tyre on my escooter ( which is not an easy job) at a fixed appointment and provided great advice about the overall condition. I've used this branch of Halfords several times now and always receive great service

        Changing the radio in our car and Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed to do and even showed us how to install the parts great customer service, will defo be back!
