Dean was a disaster. He would not even supply hard copies of the drawings. He promised the work in 2 weeks and took almost 2 months. He clearly did not wish to visit the site and did not listen to requirements when he did. I subsequently had to get the drawings redone and and lost the money I paid to Dean.. Certainly not to be recomended. pay again to get them redone by a more

Dean has been a great help to us throughout the whole of our planning application. He was always available on the phone and gave good advice when it was needed and was always happy to help even when I asked some basic questions. All in all I would recommend Dean and his team as they did exactly what was required of them and in a very Professional manner.
