    We called this fab company after half our cooker in our guest house wouldn't work . A short phone call and a few buttons pressed and it's working again . Thankyou so much .

    My fridge stopped working and I was sure I needed to spend 's for a new one. One quick call and question and the invaluable advice in return meant I could sort it myself for absolutely nothing. It was probably obvious to him but not to me, he could have easily come out and charged me to do what I did, but didn't. A good honest bloke o will definitely use maars in the future, customer service goes a long way! (even if you're technically not a customer!) thank you.

    small guesthouse - our oven broke - needed a fast repair but instead got "snooty" advice that we should have 2 or 3 industrial ovens "like most guesthouses. In fact, in Weymouth, most of the 161 such establishments do not, and like us, possess ONE domestic type oven and need it back in action pronto. If we had 2 or 3 ovens, then we would not need to be making urgent phone calls to MAARS in the first place. No helpful suggestions were given although a monday callout was offered (too late for all our guests). As it happens, I am updating the list of trusted tradespeople and suppliers on the appropriate website - sorry but MAARS is going to miss out on a slot. Mind you Curry's was useless to purchase a replacement as well - NOTHING in stock! One would have imagined a town "dominated" by accommodation businesses would be catered for in terms of suppliers, repairs, replacements and spare parts - however local suppliers do not seem switched on at all.
