        Someone had a seizure at my location and the ambulance didn't come within 45 minutes or even more.

        I had unfortunately had to get a neighbour to phone 999 for me as I was in considerable pain due to the side effects of cancer. Two paramedics arrived and couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly and extremely professional. They were happy to take me to hospital but I'd had strong pain killers and started to recover. Knowing we have such dedicated and excellent paramedics working within our amazing NHS makes me grateful and proud. We should appreciate this wonderful service, without which we would be totally stuck. A huge thank you Regards Andrew Pink

        After i slipped in water in a house in Portland on July 4th , neighbours called for an ambulance. Traffic was horrendous but the crew of three arrived and put me at ease immediately. I cannot praise them enough! They were superb, easing my pain and my fears. An open compound ankle fracture is not a pretty sight and I was absolutely terrified. Their calm and efficient manner was second to none. Thank you so much!
