        Having originally appeared to be interested in serving my company, they didn't follow through on the engagement which messed me about trying to get everything set up for this new business particularly as I had already set them up as the registered office as agreed. Today I received a text message from them saying they had returned a Companies House letter rather than advising me and holding for collection. When I call to discuss this the person was rude and unapologetic.
