Absolutely amazing day care for your puppies! Paula and her team are amazing! So caring and attentive doing what's best for my nervous puppy! Weve been using Cocos for a few months, 2 times a week and I can already see a huge improvement in my puppies confidence! All the staff love the puppies like they are their own! And they do themed days with them and take lots of amazing pictures!! Would highly recommend Cocos to anyone needing a day care in the area!!

So, my first impression of this place from photos was that it looked good. Not a typical day care. I was happy with what I'd seen and read so I rang and enquired about my GSD going to Coco's and with that, we went and had a brief look around and a chat about her needs and if Coco's would be the right fit. Everything was fine, the unit was a little small, the outdoor 'toilet' area was mediocre, artificial grass at the side of an industrial estate unit. Inside was very dingy and looked more like a childrens play area, it was also pointed out that all the dogs must walk well on a lead, presumably because they don't have an open space to let them off, but anyway, benefit of the doubt, we agreed a time for my dog to have a 30 minute trial, because that's all that's needed to tell if a dog will fit in apparently. It had been mentioned that she has separation anxiety from me and she was also in season too. So, when we arrived for the trial, I was taken aback to be told that she would be going in on her own for the first time, surrounded by dogs and people she'd never met. I was told to come back in about half an hour. Upon returning, my dog was already outside and I was told that she wouldn't be able to come back because "she wouldn't let the other dogs sniff her". Which is common for a dog in season during the first week or two. I was also told, one particular dog barked at her, so that meant he didn't like her, so she wouldn't fit in. Basically, don't waste your time or money taking your beloved dogs to Coco's. There are much better doggy day care facilities than this place, Run, Rest, Retreat in my opinion, is by far the best choice. My dog had an initial meet, WITH other dogs and me present, whilst she was in season, funnily enough, there were no issues, the males were separated but they could still see and interact with eachother, she then had a 4 hour trial when she was out of season, so they could see how she got on with walks etc. She played/interacted with no problems, absolutely fine on the walk, no problems with recall, or wondering off. They and myself were more than happy, so today (the day after the trial) she went in for a full day from 8-5 and I was kept up to date, with regular pictures on walks and at the centre that showed her playing with the other dogs and zero negative comments about her whatsoever. Based on my own experience, I would steer well clear of Coco's Canine Creche.
