24 Seven Weybridge Taxis

Ten minutes before pick up told driver not available. Very stressful.The taxi had been booked some time before we were phoned to say the driver hadnt turned up. Check your record. I certainly wouldnt expect or want to drive from Weybridge in ten minutes.

Quite disappointed with the experience and wont use them again. From the start the communication is bad. Monosyllabic booking and same for the driver. Our flight was delayed so I called them from the plane to explain and ensure they checked the flight details like all firms Ive used before did. They assured me they did. So I was quite frustrated when our driver was over 30 minutes late to pick up me, my wife and 2 daughters, arriving at 215am. Excuse of lane closure which I saw no evidence of on the way home. No greeting. No apology. And the vehicle smelled of diesel and rattled. Whilst it was a Mercedes it certainly didnt have that solid feel of a Mercedes (I drive one). The actual driving was perfectly fine. We felt safe and he got us home quickly given lack of traffic at 215am - 35 minute journey to West Byfleet. However nothing about this service was executive standard. I paid 130 for an executive car/service and as the customer did not receive that. I had better experiences with Bolt cars on my holiday in Malta! So if youre going to use these guys (I wont be again) then just get the standard service and car and save your money.

Driver was friendly and came when he said he would. Got me where I needed to go.
