Driver again was punctual and professional and very helpful. However the dispatcher booked another client within 90minutes of us. As we were arriving on an international flight at a busy part of the morning with a large amount of luggage, we were never going to be out of the airport anywhere within 1 hour of landing. And as it was BA - we were inevitably delayed. Therefore our poor driver had to ask the next family to wait at the airport whilst he raced us home to drop us off. Please be conscious of timings when booking customers. There are inevitably going to be delays and long queues at passport and baggage claim - take into consideration those delays when booking drivers and customers - because at the end of the day its us the customer who has to deal with the stress of the driver having to rush and get back for another family.
