        Worst cab company. DO NOT USE! They rip you off. I was quoted 37 for a LHR pick up and then was told to pay 51 because he was waiting for me. I gave my flight details and landing time. Surely this is their day job and should know how to pick passengers up from an airport. Im using somebody else now.

        Booked well in advance to get a text message 15 mins before that you will be another hour. Then no response after.

        Booked taxi a day in advance for T5->Weybridge. Left all details on the phone. No one waiting for me at the airport. Made two calls to the company. First they said they had no booking (and hung up on me). Then they said the driver couldnt contact me and had left (and hung up on me). I had no missed calls. Also note they had all flight details, so they could track it at all stages. Also note the flight landed on time. Rubbish service and no understanding of customer care. Now on my way home in a black cab.
