I had a dreadful experience here. I took my bridesmaid dress to have the hem taken up slightly and they damaged the top of my dress. When I picked my dress up, they bundled it into a bag (theyd discarded and not replaced the protective cover I had on my dress) and made it difficult for me to even spot the issue. When I complained, they hastily assured me they could fix it (but I had to come back in 4 hours for them to do so - another wasted journey!) and when I asked about compensation for the waste of time and stress caused, they were very rude and said no because sometimes these things happen. 35 to simply have the hem of a dress taken up was already overpriced, but then to have the top of the dress damaged and my time wasted with no compensation offered or given is bad customer service. They did not even apologise. I will not be returning here.
