Small local bistro, unpretentious breakfast for decent prices, and friendly service.

Would give it 4 stars as food and service perfectly ok but unfortunately they let people smoke sitting at their tables bright outside and it constantly whafts in so youre eating whilst consuming 2nd hand smoke the whole time, its stinks and is disgusting. When I asked management to try to keep the door closed etc they just said smoking on their outside tables is allowed. If they banned this Id change this to 4 stars instead of 1.
