David Brown came into my life when the mortgage lenders removed over 1,0000 products over night. The financial market and interest rates were at an all-time high, but David understood what I needed and wasn't to be beaten. Within 24 hours he came up with the goods! His knowledge, professionalism and experience are second to none. David's communication on a daily basis with updates and progress was reassuring and I must say in my experience unique. It was with some trepidation that I entered the world of bridging loans, having never done anything like that before. Not only was my hand held throughout the process but I was always given impartial advice that was truly trustworthy. David is an absolute one-off. He is the consummate professional but always approachable and genuinely caring.
