        This class is the happiest of happy hours. It keeps me fit, lets me to sing, dance and laugh in a large and airy space with a group of amazing women led by a fabulous dancer - who understands how bodies move so well - and her pixies. You know youre having fun and moving in a way which is clearly presented, and carefully choreographed to be accessible but also challenging. All of this is brilliant but there is more. This is FUN! Dede creates a joyful and inclusive and non judgemental place for us all to feel strong, capable and like dancers too!! Dede you truly are a joy bringer! Rachel :):):)
