We were guided to Chittys after we found Walter Wortt undertakers where closed, Sara welcomed me and my wife into her office with a smile and a great deal of empathy. She guided us through the whole procedure with professionalism and patience and made what was a difficult time a lot easier. She contacted my mother's doctor to speed up the process of getting a death certificate which was very helpful and explained all about the financial situation. Sara also produced an excellent order of service and put us in touch with Colin the celebrant who was also outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Chittys as they made our experience as pleasant as it could be and we had a funeral that everyone made good comments about.
