Good products, but awfull customer support. Takes days (if you're lucky) to receive an answer... From our last shipment, half of the items was broken. Up to today; still no solution.

Terrible. Wish l had read reviews. Ordered for my wifes 40th a WEEK in advance and nothing has turned up. So disappointed.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. Ordered 6 gender reveal cannons on Wednesday, paid next day guaranteed delivery. The next day only 1 was in the fully sealed box. I rang customer service straight away and the woman was very apologetic and said 6 more would be sent out to me as they come in packs of 2 so she had no idea how only 1 had come. I said the party was on Sunday and she guaranteed I would have them Saturday delivery. Saturday comes and THERES ONLY 1 IN THAT BOX AS WELL! So I spent almost 40 to get 1/3 of my order and because it was the weekend i could not reach anyone. When I eventually got hold of a member of staff today she apologised and said that I would get a refund for the 4 I didn't get and postage. No care or bother that a party was ruined and absolutely awful customer service. Luckily I managed to sort different bits for my friends party from a different company. At least I know now where not to order from and to read the reviews as its clear this happens quite a lot with this company.
