        Just echoing what the majority of other reviews say. Pharmacy section an absolute joke, you will be waiting at least 20 mins, Ive even waited over an hour before, no one ever picks up the phone and seems understaffed by the looks of it.

        Er, theyre at it again. Good Friday opening time shown as 10am yet at 10.05 the lights are on but no-ones home. An elderly couple still waiting outside.

        Gary is a real asset to this branch of Boots. I went to get baby formula for my 6 month old and tried to buy it with my points as I did not have money until the next day but really needed the milk. Myself and their employee did not know that you cannot use your advantage points to get baby milk. Gary went above and beyond to help me get my baby milk. Although the situation was embarrassing, he made me feel valued and really cared that my baby was fed. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for me especially in these financially hard times. So thank you Gary for being a wonderful person!!
