Great experience, loved the pedicure, staff are friendly, polite and take time to make sure youre happy, my acrylics are a little thicker than Im used to but I think thats me not communicating properly, however everyone has commented on how lovely they look, would definitely go back! I was also advised that the salon changed owners last summer, not sure if that would make a difference for previous customers, I didnt notice but last time I went I had dipping powder on my natural nails and a different shape so itd be hard to make a comparison on quality. Literally just got home from 5 Star Nails and a very poor manicure (infill) service. I had to speak up twice about the roughness of the file by the technician and you can see for yourself by the photo I've attached. The whole service was back and forth between other clients and corners were definitely cut. I asked if cuticle oil would be applied and the lady said no. Never again! The lady who did them also cut my nails down so far they looked horrible - and this ties with other reviews on this review. Service: Manicure
