Michael always makes me feel at home when I attend an appointment, very friendly atmosphere, I have been going to Harveys since it opened. I pride myself on my hair and when I leave the shop I feel like a million dollars. The appointment system is a very good idea.

My sons (aged 12 and 10) have had their hair cut at Michaels Harveys of Baker St since they were tiny, so well over 10 years for my eldest. Around 9 months ago, Michael spotted that my older son had a spot of alopecia. It improved for a while in the summer, but has now worsened to such a point that my son is very conscious of his appearance. Michael has quite simply been incredible. He has been so sensitive to my sons feelings, and has often taken extra care and time to make sure the hair loss is blended and less obvious after a cut. A task that has become harder and harder, and he very kindly even gave us a bottle of hair fibres for my son to apply at home. I later realised how generous this gesture was because they are not cheap to buy, but it sums up how kind Michael is. My son had his hair cut again tonight, and he was so thrilled with his hair that he said a very heartfelt thank you to Michael, and he has hugged and kissed me repeatedly since we got home because he is so happy. Michael, you are such an Angel. You went well over our appointment time and made my lovely boy very happy tonight. You have definitely restored a lot of his lost confidence and we are just so very grateful to you. Thank you so much! Services: Kids' cuts, Fade cut
